How can I place an order?
Select the size and color on the product page, then click “Add to Cart.” When you proceed to checkout, the Global-e payment page will appear.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please double-check color before placing your order.

What payment methods are accepted?
Through Global-e, we accept credit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods (e.g., Kakao Pay in Korea).
In what currency will I be charged?
Prices are displayed and charged in your local currency based on your shipping country.
Shipping
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship internationally via DHL. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
For Korea, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on customs clearance).
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount.
Customs & Taxes
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For international shipments, customs duties or VAT may apply. Global-e calculates these fees at checkout, so you can prepay and avoid any additional charges upon delivery.

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unopened. Please contact our customer support for instructions.
